PSARA Registration
An agency must have a license under PSARA (Private Security Agency Regulation Act) in order to employ security guards and provide services related to security. PSARA license is essential before any person starts a private security business in India, PSARA regulation act 2005 is an act by the Government of India.
Eligibility under PSARA License Registration
To be eligible for a PSARA license registration, the agency should fulfill specific criteria, which might include:-
The security agency must be a registered entity under the Companies Act, or Partnership Act.
The security agency must have five years of experience in this industry.
In order to provide security services, the agency ought to have the infrastructure, tools, and trained staff that are required.
The private security agency directors/partners ought to be of good character and fit to complete security-related activities.
The agency must have a minimum of ten employees.

Certificate of Incorporation or Partnership Deed.
MOA & AOA (in case of company).
Address Proof of business place (Electricity Bill or Rent Agreement).
PAN and TAN of agency.
ESIC and EPF Registration certificate.
GST Certificate.
Shop Establishment certificate.
Agency Logo.
Bank Details.
Affidavit as under section 7 (2) of Private Security Agency Regulation Act 2005.
Additional Documents
Director KYC.
Income tax return (ITR) of all Directors or Partners.
Identity proof of Employees.
